Zoe Andris (she/her/hers) is a DMV-native and doctoral student in Clinical Psychology at George Washington University, specializing in psychological assessment and adult psychotherapy. Her clinical approach is grounded in psychodynamic principles, focusing on understanding unconscious processes and early experiences through a style that emphasizes warmth, playfulness, and collaboration. Zoe previously worked as a government contractor for the Defense Health Agency and Department of Veterans Affairs, enhancing federal efforts to support the mental well-being of service members and Veterans, with a focus on military mental health stigma and psychological health promotion. She also has prior experience working with individuals of all ages within her community, including roles in academic, service, volunteer, and corporate environments. She is an advocate for mental health awareness, particularly among marginalized communities, and strongly believes in the power of assessment as a tool for intentional, compassionate, and effective treatment. Zoe hopes to provide a warm and welcoming testing environment in her administrative role, fostering a space where individuals feel supported throughout the assessment process.
