Your call is important to us. In fact, clinicians answer the phone--so you talk to a tester first--with no need to explain what you're looking for more than once. This allows us to help you as thoughtfully and efficiently as possible.  We are often unable to interrupt sessions to answer the telephone, but will return messages within one business day.

Please be aware that although we respect the privacy of your messages, email is not a completely secure method of contact. WPA evaluators will not engage in discussion of sensitive clinical matters via e-mail and encourage you to contact us by telephone for a more personalized response.

driving & parking: 
Metered and zoned two hour street parking is available on adjacent blocks but is not plentiful. We encourage you to pay close attention to rush hour rules. Some highly-trafficked thoroughfares can be restricted between the hours of 7:00-9:30 am and 4:00-6:30 pm. 

1101 17th has its own garage (weekdays only) with a daily rate of $20.  Colonial Parking at 1025 Connecticut Avenue has a better rate of $13 if you're in by 9:00 am; 1707 L Street is $13 if in by 10:00 am.  There are many garages within a 2-block radius. You may find a better rate via an app or at other nearby locations.
